We had a lovely Christmas card come into the office yesterday from a customer’s daughter – she said

“With grateful thanks for all you do to greatly improve Dads quality of life and in so doing taking so much of the burden out of my life.  Thank you too for all the extra things you do too like changing the lightbulbs and so much more”

We thought that was lovely. He is such a pleasure to work with.
