Mary lived in a little cottage which was in need of renovation. Our staff helped her to access tradespeople to modernise her home and allow her to continue living there independently. Our staff supported her with managing her money and worked with a care provider in giving additional support until such time as Mary needed to access the care system.

Our staff supported Mary with finding a care home and helping her to move in. Our staff helped to choose and bring the things that were special to Mary to her new home and arranged to market her property.

Our staff continue to provide ongoing support in the form of one to one companionship visits and Creative and Pet Therapy.

Our staff work closely with Mary’s family to make things happen for her.
